At the time of publication, there were no known matters of infringement or copyright violation regarding base file ttf's as there are in fact thousands that go by similar names,and created by numerous individuals - Should there be any complaint, it should be directed to E-Fect Promotion in writing. ESA fonts are stitch data co-ordinates, and not TTF files.
